Enamel art educations are back

After a long break, enamel art educations are back, introducing the pre-history of enamel art and various techniques that will help you look at the traditions and products of enamel art from a different angle.

In recent educational sessions, after a 12-year break, Anastasia and Michele-Karolina decided to revive the wonderful emotions of creating enamel (in the photos, enamel works created by the girls at the age of ten). Enamel art education is not only a great way to revive memories, but also to diversify spring and summer school holidays by creating souvenirs with enamel.

Enamel technology is quite complicated, but creating enamel is an attractive and exciting process. The presentation of the enamel technique and familiarization with the materials takes up to an hour, but it will take more time and effort to create a piece of jewelry or a souvenir.

The participants of the trainings are given the opportunity not only to observe the enamel firing process, to gain theoretical knowledge, but also to create their own works using the enamel technique. We provide the participants with materials and tools necessary for work – enamel, copper plates, etc.

Educations are presented by the artist, jeweler Marytė Dominaitė, since 2005. curator of the international enamel art biennial, organizer of international enamel art symposia, head of educational programs, creative workshops.
